Difficulty Analysis of the Early Childhood Education Teachers in assessment of the Aspects of the Development of the Early Childhood in Langke Rembong Subdistrict
Assessment of the aspects of the development of the early childhood so often experienced difficult by teachers because it have many aspects of an abstracting nature. It is considered to have been the teacher who was responsible of early childhood education in Langke Rembong subdistrict. The aims study are: the first, described caused factors of difficulty of the early childhood education teachers in Langke Rembong subdistrict in assessment of the aspects of the development of the early childhood. The second, described difficulty type of the early chilhood education teachers in Langke Rembong subdistrict in assessment of the aspects of the development of the early childhood. The qualitative method was used in the study with the subject of study are the early chilhood education teachers in Langke Rembong subdistrict. The technique of the data collection using interviews, questionnaire, and study of documents The data analysis used the technique a model Miles and Huberman. The research results showed there are four kinds of and it has become teachers difficulty in assessment of the aspects of the development of the early childhood. The first, teachers have not been able to planned assessment the aspects of the development of the early childhood precisely and right. The second, teachers have not able to record or collect data the development of the child comprehensively. Third, data processing and measurement of the result has not been carried out there and have not were based on the data completed. Fourth, there are description of reporting the assessment results of the child development but it was difficult to understand the development trend of the child from time to time.
