Abstract: The Effectiveness of the Use of Pocket Books for Waste Plastic Processing in Primary Schools. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using plastic waste processing pocket books as a model for increasing the creativity of elementary school students (SD) through craft learning. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach that was conducted by comparing the results of the pretest and posttest toward the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of students carried out before and after the use of plastic waste processing pocket books in two elementary schools. Furthermore, questionnaires and interviews were conducted toward 20 respondents from elementary school students. The result of this study indicates that the pocket books as a learning media on waste plastic processing has been proven to increase students creativity in schools during learning material on plastic waste processing. In addition, the pocket book proved to be interesting to use and useful to be applied in elementary schools. The pocket book media is recommended to be used to increase student creativity in all level of students on teaching the material of cultural arts and crafts (SBDP).
