Abstract

This service activity aims to improve teacher competence related to scientific writing. This activity is beneficial for teachers in supporting their professionalism in working. Teachers need to be guided regarding writing scientific papers based on classroom action research. The advantage that will be obtained by the teacher is improving the quality of research-based learning and enhancing skills concerning writing scientific articles. The implementation of this activity is carried out in several stages, among others: training in scientific writing based on classroom action research and scientific literature. The results showed that the teachers of the mathematics and science groups at SMPN 1 Borong and SMP Stanislaus slowly began to understand how to write scientific works to improve the quality of classroom action research-based learning.
